Is Organic Baby Food Better?
This is a sample meal plan for Baby from 0 to 12 month. This is a guide only based on Canadian health professionals recommendations. By the time your baby is about 6 month old, you could start offering food 2-3 times a day and slowly increase to 3 to 4 times a day. If by 9 month your baby does not eat meat, try to give him at least 8 Tbsp of iron fortified cereal a day.
Breast milk and Vitamin D drops or iron fortified infant formula on demand feeding.
Formula fed babies who drink 750 ml of formula or more each day gets enough vitamin D from the formula.
