BABY MENU

This is a sample meal plan for Baby Menu from 0 to 12 month. This guide is based on the Canadian health professionals recommendations. By the time your baby is 6 month old, you could start offering food other than milk 2-3 times a day and slowly increase to 3 to 4 times a day. If by 9 month your baby does not eat meat, try to give him at least 8 Tbsp of iron fortified cereal a day.
