The toddler dinner recipes you will find on this page will help you to introduce your toddler with balanced dinner and mostly contain at least 3 of the group types.
Fill free substitute some ingridients with anything handy at that point of time.
Oven Baked Cod Filet
Ingredients :
1 boneless cod filet (fresh or frozen)
50g organic green onion
100g of organic parsley
4 organic baby carrots
1 sliced garlic clove
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Tiny bit of salt
Directions :
1. Place cod filet in a large opened aluminum foil piece, add all ingredients and rap everything up and place in the oven preheated to 350 degrees.
2. If the fillet wasn't frozen it will be ready an 30 minutes, otherwise about 40 minutes. Sometimes the pieces are very thick, please make sure it's ready before serving by tasting it.

African Soup
Ingredients :
100g organic minced chicken breast
100g organic finely chopped white potato
100g organic finely chopped sweet onion
100g of organic shredded carrot
50g organic broccoli florets
1 egg yolk
100 g broken vermicelli
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
4 tablespoons finely chopped Italian parsley
Tiny bit of salt
Directions :
1. Cut chicken into small pieces. Use processor to chop parsley and half amount of sweet onion, add chicken. Process it until almost creamy in texture. Add 1 egg yolk a bit salt. Mix it again.
2. Fill 3/4 of the pan with 1 liter of cold water. Shred carrot and rest of onion, chop broccoli florets. Add it all to the water, bring it to boil. Add a bit salt and olive oil.
3. Fill tea spoon with chicken mixture and slowly insert into boiling water. Meat will quickly separate from the spoon. Do it to the rest of the mixture. Let it cook over medium heat for 10 minutes and add vermicelli. Cook for another 10 minutes or until meat and vermicelli well done.

Quick Borscht
Ingredients :
1 organic chicken drumstick or 175g of organic beef
100g of finely chopped organic white potato
100g of shredded organic beat
100g of finely chopped organic sweet onion
100g of organic shredded carrot
100g of finely chopped organic raw cabbage
4 tablespoons finely chopped Italian parsley
2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Tiny bit of salt
Directions :
1. Fill 3/4 of the pan with 1 liter of cold water, add chicken or beef bring it to boil, add potatoes and salt. Boil over a low heat for half an hour before add the rest of ingredients.
2. In a saucepan over medium-high heat, add olive oil and saut chopped onion, shredded carrot for 3 minutes. Add shredded organic beat and chopped Italian parsley. Saut it all for 5 minutes.
3. Add the sauté and chopped organic raw cabbage to the pan and let it cook over medium heat for 30 more minutes.

175g of boneless cubed code filet

4 tablespoons finely chopped raw dill
Tiny bit of salt
Directions :
1. Fill 3/4 of the pan with 1 liter of cold water, add boneless cubed code filet bring it to boil.
2. Add all ingredients and let it cook over low heat for 20 minutes before serving.

Organic Butter Chicken and Veggies
Ingredients :
100g of finely chopped organic sweet onion
100g of organic shredded carrot
175g of cubed organic chicken breast (make it very small or larger depends on baby age)
1 3/2 cups of light cream
175g of cubed organic sweet potato
175g of organic broccoli florets
2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Tiny bit of salt
Directions :
1. In saucepan over medium-high heat - add olive oil. Saut finely chopped sweet onion and shredded carrot 3-5 minutes.
2. Add chicken and saut for another 5 minutes. Add cream, salt and let it cook for 20 minutes over a medium - low heat.
3. Steam sweet potato and broccoli until soft. When ready, you could either mix it all or keep it separate when served.
*Avoid chocking hazard by making it less or more soft depend on toddler’s age.
